December Sprouting Project Dinner: Truffle (Friday)

As an important highlight of our “Truffle Weekend” at Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort, our culinary team brings truffles from around the world, as well as from farms as close as Georgia, to spotlight in this highly anticipated dinner. Our truffle dinner is more intimate, limited to 24 people, and seats guests family style in the greenhouse. Each course calls on a different truffle varietal paired with ingredients found at The Sprouting Project and some of the most savory and sweet flavors we all crave.

Guests will enjoy an intimate southern-inspired true farm-to-table dinner at The Sprouting Project, our culinary team’s answer to hyper-local sustainability. The dinner includes a tour of the resort's state-of-the-art aquaponic greenhouse, expansive organic garden and large collection of beehives while enjoying passed bites and harvest inspired cocktails, all before a five-course chef inspired dinner that incorporates items gathered directly from The Sprouting Project. This monthly event will showcase both the creativity and culture of our chefs in a lush, outdoor setting.

The evening kicks off with cocktails at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. Seating is limited.
