Raise a glass and celebrate the close of the 2019 Amelia Island Restaurant Week with the Sea & Sky Finale Dinner at Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort. Drawing inspiration from the island’s rich natural surroundings, Executive Chef Todd Ruiz will take guests on a culinary journey from our local waters to the limitless sky.
Our Sea and Sky four-course menu will feature fresh local seafood and farm-to-table poultry in a creative combination of flavors, all while utilizing The Sprouting Project organic garden and greenhouse.
This one-of-a-kind epicurean experience will combine the expertise of the entire culinary team at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort with the elegance of its breathtaking location.
