At The Sprouting Project we believe in creating sustainable honey practices through the care of our 2.5 million bees in our apiary. Our September honey dinner will be showcase the unique flavors of our honey harvests as well as the benefits that bees and honey have on our community. Guests will BEE immersed in:
Supporting bee health - hive management, pesticides, foraging and protecting the beekeeping profession
Championing pure honey - protect purity and full traceability
Nurturing the planet - limiting impact on waste/packaging, energy, emissions, water
This unBEEtable expereince will be paired with an intimate southern-inspired true farm-to-table dinner at The Sprouting Project, our culinary team’s answer to hyper-local sustainability. The dinner includes a tour of the resort's state-of-the-art aquaponic greenhouse, expansive organic garden and large collection of beehives while enjoying passed bites and harvest inspired cocktails, all before a five-course chef inspired dinner that incorporates items gathered directly from The Sprouting Project. This monthly event will showcase both the creativity and culture of our chefs in a lush, outdoor setting.
September theme: Honey
The evening kicks off with cocktails and light bites at 6:00 p.m. followed by a five-course dinner at 7:00 p.m. Seating is limited.
$86.24 (inclusive of taxes & service charge) plus online processing fee per person. Cash bar.
