Cancellation policy: 24 hours prior to event. No refunds will be issued if cancellation request is not received 24 hours before the event or earlier. Refunds requested 24 hours prior to event will be issued, but the Ticketbud service charges are not refundable. It usually takes up to 5 business days for the funds to post back to the original method of payment.
