Fish to Fork Main Event

Omni Amelia Island is thrilled to host our 3rd Annual Fish to Fork event offering an unmatched "foodie" experience, including true dock-to-dish specialties and a fun, interactive atmosphere. The resort will welcome six chefs from around the nation to showcase their fishing and culinary skills, ultimately tested with a live vote from event guests.

                        6:00pm           Open Bar and Individual Chef Challenge
                        7:30pm           Team Competition Begins
                        8:30pm           Sample and Savor Team Dishes- then vote! 
                        9:30pm           Announce Winners
